Locations – In the DFW area alone there are parks, lake areas, urban settings, museums, romantic canals or a family home/estate to consider.  Quite often we travel out of state for portraits.  We can help you decide on a specific location to suit the style you are looking for. Makeup Artists – Before your shoot, we recommend makeup done professionally by one of our recommended artists or someone you trust.  Makeup looks absolutely fabulous in photographs and the style can be more or less and directed toward the look we’re going for. Just call to book an appointment for a couple of hours before your shoot.  You want to schedule your makeup appointment to be 2-3 hours before your shoot.

Clothing – For the best style and look, we suggest bringing 2-3 outfits along with you.  Include several choices in jewelry, shoes, hats and other accessories you like.  You may not end up wearing all outfits but it will give us choices.  Please don’t hesitate to call us beforehand for ideas of what to bring, we’re happy to help you.

Hair – We recommend a hair stylist for bridals especially.  Go with something different for fun or try out the style you are considering for the day of your wedding.  You’ll find several trusted stylists and friends on our vendor list or go to someone you’ve used and trust.

Accessories – Thisbe Grace's style is very natural but that doesn’t exclude accessories.  She has used umbrellas, suitcases, couches and other items that really express personality and style.  Most often couples bring hats, sun glasses and different jewelry to change it up a bit. Inspiration – express your interest in the style of your photoshoot with us.  If you have a favorite magazine, book or picture that we’d like to use as inspiration please email or give us those before hand so we may use them for inspiration.  Think of this as casual or creative as you’d like.  How fun!
