Eat Well. Be Happy.
Good morning. And, yea it’s Friday! =)
For those who know me, it’s no secret I love food. Especially, yummy fresh food. And those who know me know sometimes I am a little OC and forget that food is an essential part of the day. So, lately the studio has been so busy I get up in the morning and rush to a photoshoot or editing without a real breakfast. Shame Shame.
The past few weeks my mantra has been Reclaim. Reclaim my time, health, self love and practice. So, this morning as usual I was only a block from the studio when realizing breakfast had been skipped and it would be a few hours editing before I would meet Tom for a printing project. So where’s the time to eat?
Quickly, I drove past the Farmer’s Market to see if the produce vendors where out – AND They Were. So, I stopped and had the kindest man give me a hand in picking the most delicious mango, cantaloupe and a few oranges, unlike the deceiving fruits I tend to waste money on at the grocery store. So, there you have it. Go to the Farmer’s Market. Pick out fresh fruit. Eat Well. Be Happy.
